Oriental stack and whack
Stack and whack may be my all time favorite for making a quilt. I just love the symmetrical look theĀ kaliediscope produces. This one is made from an oriental print purchased in Maui.It was also cut out in the hotel in Maui on a pleasant afternoon when I did not wish to participate in some activity. I went out on to the Lanai (a super narrow version of a balcony) that overlooked the garden (a bouganvilla covered parking garage) and stacked the eight identical layers of fabric and cut out the squares. A very relaxing way to spend the afternoon.
Check to see if this queen sized quilt is still available in the for sale page.
